Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or STEM required; advanced degree desirable.
• Coordinate delivery in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
• Experience with budgeting, recruitment coordination, and contract management in technically-led organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with clear communication.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices.
• Minimum 15 years’ professional experience, incl. 10 years in motorsport.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme coordination and governance support across Performance groups.
• Coordinate workforce planning: hiring needs, onboarding, contracts.
• Support budgeting processes and financial reporting; ownership with HODs/Finance.
• Prepare technical reports for regulatory submissions with Finance.
• Produce concise management reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and escalate issues to maintain momentum.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure services meet performance standards.
• Build relationships with internal colleagues, external partners, and service users.
