Job summary

Zenith International, based in London, is hiring a Global Associate Director to shape and deliver exceptional media services for Campari Group’s global brands. You’ll connect strategy, delivery and people across markets, working closely with senior clients, local teams and specialists to develop full-funnel media strategies with tangible business impact.

This role sits within Zenith Global’s London team, offering a hybrid work model and collaboration across markets as you drive global frameworks

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple media channels for global or regional clients.
• Strong client partnerships and clear communication.
• Organised PM with ability to balance priorities.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation.
• Clear written and verbal presentations.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with local markets in global setups helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of global media services for Campari.
• Translate client objectives into media actions.
• Build relationships with central clients and local teams.
• Lead status meetings and convert discussions into next steps.
• Plan and report UK export-market campaigns.
• Guide markets in applying global frameworks and insights.
• Mentor colleagues with guidance and QA.
