Job summary

Zenith International is seeking a Global Associate Director based in London to shape and deliver exceptional media services for Campari Group’s brands. You’ll connect strategy, delivery and people across markets, turning complex challenges into actionable solutions with senior clients and local teams.

You will lead cross-market collaborations, develop full-funnel media strategies, and influence global work while building trusted partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple media channels for local, regional or global clients.
• Strong client-partnerships with clear, credible communication.
• Organised project management while balancing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data trends.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engaging presentations.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement.
• Experience with local markets in a global context is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of global media services for Campari.
• Translate client objectives into clear media actions.
• Build relationships with central clients and local markets.
• Lead status meetings and turn discussions into next steps.
• Plan and report UK export-market campaigns with buying input.
• Guide markets on global frameworks and consolidate insights.
• Mentor colleagues with constructive guidance and QA.
