Job summary

Zenith International, part of Publicis Groupe, is recruiting a Global Associate Director in London to shape and deliver media services for Campari Group’s brands. Based with Zenith Global’s London team, you’ll connect strategy, delivery and people across markets to drive meaningful business impact.

You’ll work with senior clients and local teams to develop full-funnel media strategies, influence global work, and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple media channels for global or regional clients.
• Strong client partnership skills with the ability to communicate clearly with varied stakeholders.
• Organised project management with ability to balance priorities and wider objectives.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting frameworks.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with good judgement in escalation.
• Experience working with local market teams in a global or regional setting is helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of global media services for Campari, maintaining quality, momentum and alignment across projects.
• Translate client priorities into clear media actions by understanding their business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with central clients and local market teams for proactive collaboration.
• Lead internal and client status meetings and translate discussions into accountable next steps.
• Plan, coordinate and report on UK export-market campaigns, connecting client requirements with input from specialist buying teams.
• Guide markets in applying and optimising global frameworks, consolidating insights and post-campaign analysis.
• Support colleagues’ development through guidance and constructive feedback.
