Zenith International in London is seeking a Global Associate Director to shape and deliver global media services for Campari Group’s brands. You’ll connect strategy, delivery and people across markets to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.

You’ll work closely with senior clients, local teams and specialists to develop full-funnel media strategies that drive meaningful business impact, while guiding markets on applying global frameworks and synthesising insights from

Qualificações

• Experience across multiple media channels in an agency with global/local clients.
• Strong client-partnership skills and clear communication.
• Organised project management with priorities balanced against wider objectives.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engaging presentations.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with good judgement.
• Experience working with local market teams in a global setting is helpful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day delivery of global media services for Campari, ensuring quality and momentum.
• Translate client objectives into clear media actions and plans.
• Develop trusted relationships with central clients and local markets for proactive collaboration.
• Lead internal and client status meetings and convert discussions into next steps.
• Plan and report UK export-market campaigns, coordinating input from specialist buying teams.
• Guide markets in applying and optimising global frameworks and consolidate insights.
• Support colleagues’ development through guidance and constructive QA.
