Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a Recruitment & Admissions Manager to lead the MBA applicant journey for our Full-Time and Weekend programmes. You will shape cohort quality and diversity, manage applications from enquiry to enrolment, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

This hybrid role at South Kensington emphasises data-driven recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and timely decision-making to support Imperial's global reputation and ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, admissions or similar customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage applicant pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and admissions for Full-Time and Weekend MBA programmes from enquiry to enrolment.
• Shape cohort quality, diversity and applicant experience across two MBA programmes.
• Collaborate with Recruitment & Admissions team, Business School and College; use data to drive improvements.
