Job summary

Imperial College London—Imperial Business School is seeking a talented individual to join the Management Suite Programme Team to lead the operational delivery of the MSc Strategic Management programme. You will oversee the delivery, analytics, and improvements to the student experience in a hybrid role at South Kensington.

You will manage a Programme Coordinator, work independently and as part of a team, and contribute to strategic and operational improvements while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
• Experience delivering smooth operational delivery of a programme.
• Ability to implement change at strategic and operational levels.
• Experience with MS Office and handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the operational delivery of the MSc Strategic Management programme.
• Line manage the Programme Coordinator.
• Coordinate delivery, oversee administrative processes, and improve student experience.
• Provide analytics and insights to inform pedagogical practices and cross-functional teamwork.
