Job summary

Imperial College London Admissions team seeks an Admissions officer to join the central admissions unit within Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions (MORA). You will build relationships with faculties, deliver excellent customer service to applicants, and guide stakeholders through the admissions process.

The role requires experience in an administrative setting, ability to work to deadlines, and familiarity with policy/regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role with ability to progress work to policy.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to operate in a regulatory/policy framework and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with key departments within the Faculty/School.
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants and external stakeholders.
• Advise and guide stakeholders through admissions processes.
• Manage record progression and stakeholder expectations within admissions.
