Job summary

ghd is seeking a Master Data Analyst to govern product and material master data across Microsoft Dynamics and PLM. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data to support launches and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance to drive data quality and reporting improvements in a fast-paced global business. Hybrid working in Leeds is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in data, analytics, operations, finance, supply chain, or commercial support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for accurate data.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyse/manipulate data.
• Experience using business systems, databases, or ERP platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to Power BI/Power Query/SQL or master data practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and govern product, material, component and finished goods master data in Dynamics and related systems.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and aligned with governance standards.
• Support new product introductions, changes and end-of-life processes.
• Monitor data quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support master data audits and regulatory compliance.
