Job summary

ghd hair is hiring a Master Data Analyst in Leeds to ensure accuracy, integrity and governance of commercial master data across global systems. You will manage data for materials, finished goods, product attributes and hierarchies within Dynamics, PLM and related systems.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams to drive data quality, compliance and support launches and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data/analytical/operations/finance/supply chain/commercial support role.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality data.
• Intermediate Excel skills and data manipulation.
• Experience using business systems, databases, or ERP platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and multi-priority management.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or master data management would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and govern product, material, component and finished goods master data in Microsoft Dynamics and related systems.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and governance-aligned.
• Support new product introductions and changes through master data management.
• Monitor data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with data governance audits and regulatory compliance checks.
• Produce reports and insights to support decision-making and operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Provide data governance guidance and best practices to stakeholders.
• Support PLM data governance and cross-system data integrity.
• Contribute to evolution of master data management practices.
