Job summary

Asmodee UK is seeking a skilled Master Data Manager to take ownership of product master data and the Stock Module within our ERP. You will govern data quality, define data fields, and collaborate with Purchasing, Merchandising and suppliers to ensure accurate, complete data for new and existing products.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in a similar role, superb Excel skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Hybrid working and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a comparable role.
• A collaborative and empathetic mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

• High accuracy and numeracy with strong Excel skills.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Define and specify the data fields in scope to be overseen.
• Support supplier relationships globally where appropriate.
• Create and leverage exception reporting to ensure focused actions.
• Ensure master data validation workflows with RACIs across departments.
• Drive and monitor product master data, clean inconsistencies or duplicates.
• Design and execute Master Data Management strategies, including ASN data.
• Bridge internal departments, purchasing and suppliers to manage data collection and updates.
• Ensure data accuracy to meet safety standards with suppliers/QA.
• Respond to changing priorities and deliver tasks efficiently.
