Paysafe, a global payments platform, is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Science to lead a team of data scientists and deliver advanced analytics, ML and AI solutions across payments and fraud prevention.

You will stay hands-on, contribute technically, and provide direction while partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance and Operations to translate business needs into scalable data science outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years in Data Science or Analytics within a commercial environment.
• 3-5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in payments, fraud prevention or financial services.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience deploying and monitoring ML/AI solutions with technical leadership.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of governance and responsible AI in financial services/payments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver ML models, predictive analytics and advanced statistical solutions; remain hands-on.
• Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing data science team.
• Provide technical oversight across the team's portfolio and ensure robust validation.
• Translate complex business challenges into data science opportunities with measurable value.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Plan and oversee multiple Data Science initiatives, manage risks and delivery standards.
• Support governance, documentation, monitoring and responsible AI practices.
