Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and problem solving.
• Experience in investment banking, Big Four, prop trading or hedge fund is preferred.
• Ability to learn complex regulatory requirements quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive approach with ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review and submit regulatory disclosures to authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor trading activity and position data to identify disclosure triggers and deadlines.
• Gather, validate and reconcile information to ensure submissions are complete and accurate.
• Apply regulatory requirements to determine when disclosures are necessary and ensure obligations are met.
• Liaise with internal teams to obtain information, resolve discrepancies and coordinate timely submissions.
• Maintain accurate records and support growing volume of disclosures.
