Qualifications

• 3+ years in campus/early careers recruiting for Global Markets (Sales & Trading).
• Experience managing full-cycle analyst and internship hiring with senior stakeholders.
• Able to balance multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced financial environment.
• Strong project management, planning on an annual basis, and robust data skills.
• Analytical mindset with forward thinking to anticipate issues and trends.
• Excellent team player with ability to work across levels and deadlines.
• Fluent in English and credible in client-facing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of recruitment pipelines across EMEA, from attraction to candidate management.
• Build relationships with recruiting contacts and senior stakeholders to shape strategies.
• Plan and execute multiple internship programmes across EMEA, ensuring strong pipelines.
• Manage interview and offer processes for locations and programmes.
• Ensure structured processes and trained interviewers; drive candidate sell process post-offer.
• Collaborate on headcount planning to meet business needs and participate in campus events.
• Host and attend campus events; identify and develop strong candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain relationships with university career services and student societies.
