Goldman Sachs in Birmingham is seeking a Campus Recruitment professional to own end-to-end recruitment pipelines for Interns and New Analysts across Europe, building strong relationships with business partners and university contacts to deliver a high-caliber talent pipeline.

You will manage internship programs year-round, stay current with recruitment trends, host campus events, and guide candidates through interviews and offers, helping the firm recruit top graduates and professionals.

Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
Fluent in English; Polish language skills preferred.
Analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations.
Functional experience: 4–5 years in campus recruitment.

Responsabilités

End-to-end project management of key campus recruitment pipelines across our European offices (e.g. Interns and New Analysts).
Build relationships with recruiting contacts and senior stakeholders within the business and partner on recruiting strategies.
Manage internship programmes throughout the year to ensure excellent intern experience and strong talent pipelines.
Keep abreast of recruitment trends, market intelligence and competitor benchmarking.
Project manage, host and attend campus events across schools in multiple locations.
