Nomura Holdings, Inc. in London is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter - Associate to lead campus recruitment across Europe, overseeing engagements with universities and careers services.

You will partner with COOs, HR business partners and talent boards to drive an integrated EC strategy for EMEA. You will plan interviews, coordinate offers, and manage internship programs, while tracking recruitment metrics and market trends.

Qualificações

• University graduate with campus recruitment or senior coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while ensuring quality.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; data-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive campus recruitment across EMEA, with creative and strategic input.
• Build partnerships with COOs, Talent Boards and HRBPs to execute EC strategy.
• Serve as EMEA recruiting liaison with universities and careers services.
• Plan and run candidate interviews, collect feedback, and coordinate offers.
• Monitor offer processes and support internship programs for corporate businesses.
