Boku, headquartered in London, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, data and processes powering global marketing. You’ll partner with Demand Generation, Sales and Revenue Operations to deliver scalable campaign operations, disciplined lead management and measurable pipeline impact.

The role blends hands-on MarTech design with strategic leadership: manage Salesforce and Account Engagement, build attribution models, govern data, enable global ABM programs and introduce

Competenze

• No formal qualification is essential; 7+ years' practical experience in marketing operations, revenue operations or marketing technology are required.
• Salesforce and/or Account Engagement certifications, or demonstrable hands-on expertise.

Mansioni

• Own and improve the operating model, tech and data enabling Marketing to plan, execute and measure global activity.
• MarTech stack and architecture: manage Salesforce and Account Engagement integrations and data flows.
• Marketing influence, attribution and reporting: develop dashboards for performance, funnel and ROI.
• Lead lifecycle management: define path from signal to revenue and handover.
• Lead scoring and data strategy: build scoring models, ensure data hygiene and governance.
• Campaign and event operations: build campaigns in Account Engagement and define workflows.
• ABM operations: support account selection and measurement with cross-functional teams.
• AI and workflow automation: create AI standards and tooling; automate recurring tasks.
• Operating cadence: define initiatives, OKRs, budgets and cross-functional coordination.
• Team enablement and adoption: training, playbooks, onboarding and user feedback.
