Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function, reporting to the Associate Director of AI, Automation and Marketing. You will own product management and data platforms, grow brand visibility across the UK, US, EU and beyond, and drive supplier relationships with a performance-driven approach.

You will oversee campaigns, monthly reporting, and a high-performing marketing team while coordinating events and SEO/GEO strategies to maximise ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven broad marketing experience in fast-paced B2B/B2C environments.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Strong organisational skills and coordination of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing activity across key channels and supplier relationships.
• Produce a monthly marketing report covering activity, usage and ROI.
• Lead and develop the Marketing team and set clear expectations.
• Coordinate award submissions and sponsorships with the team.
• Manage events globally and align with commercial priorities.
• Oversee SEO/GEO strategy day-to-day with internal and external support.
• Monitor supplier activity and ensure ROI.
