ManpowerGroup are recruiting for a Market Development & Key Account Manager on behalf of an established international manufacturer specialising in sustainable returnable packaging solutions.

The role aims to drive sales, identify new opportunities, and maximise revenue across UK and Europe, with a 40-hour week, hybrid working, and a competitive package including base £50k–£60k plus OTE £70k–£80k, company car and benefits.

Formación

• Extensive experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
• Proven success in winning new business and developing customer relationships.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and develop commercially successful solutions.
• Track record of driving revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities and converting prospects into customers.
• Maximise revenue and margin through market research and sector knowledge.
