Job summary
Lloyd’s List Intelligence in London (hybrid) is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with enterprise clients across finance, shipping, logistics, insurance and energy sectors.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior decision-makers, translating maritime data insights into measurable business outcomes, driving renewals, upsells and cross-sells, while coordinating with Product and Data Science teams to align offerings with customer needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in SaaS account management or enterprise sales, ideally with global clients.
- 3+ years in the maritime or logistics data sector strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing complex, long-cycle accounts and achieving growth/renewal targets.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across multiple regions.
- Lead renewals, upsells, cross-sells and pricing discussions.
- Develop multi-year account plans aligned with customer goals.
- Collaborate with Product and Data Science to reflect feedback.
- Maintain forecasts and pipeline in CRM.
- Represent the company at maritime events.
