Atlas Copco, Semiconductor Chamber Solutions division, is seeking a Senior Manager Innovation to steer the evolution of manufacturing by turning breakthrough ideas into scalable, global solutions. You will lead cross-site projects, govern the innovation process from ideation to industrialisation, and drive digital manufacturing initiatives to support data-driven production across factories.

You will manage a global team, develop standards, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

Formación

• Must have an engineering or relevant discipline degree.
• Proven experience leading technology specialists or teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Global Manufacturing Innovation Strategy and roadmap across machining, automation, and digitalisation.
• Drive core technology advances and industrialisation across machining, automation, and digital manufacturing.
• Identify and prioritise initiatives based on business impact and scalability, aligning with capacity and long-term investment.
• Lead a global team with clear structures, governance, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
