Capgemini Invent is seeking a Process Smart Manufacturing Manager / Senior Manager in our Intelligent Industry Practice to drive transformation for Life Sciences and Consumer Products clients. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement Industry 4.0, MES/EBR, AI-enabled operations and digital quality initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality and speed-to-market across global manufacturing

Qualifications

• Significant experience in manufacturing transformation within Life Sciences or Consumer Products sectors.
• Proven ability to lead large transformation programmes from strategy to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation programmes for global clients.
• Define and deliver transformation strategies focused on productivity, quality and compliance.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, operating models and business cases securing executive sponsorship.
• Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across strategy, engineering, data and cloud.
• Build executive-level client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
