Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc seeks a Global Maintenance Manager to own and drive the proactive maintenance strategy for deployed systems worldwide. Based overseas, you will coordinate planning, scheduling and servicing across multiple countries and functions to boost availability and lifecycle performance.

You will work with in-country teams, customer success, and engineering leadership to ensure resources are aligned with maintenance commitments and governance is maintained.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with depth to lead the role.
• Significant maintenance management experience in complex environments.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programmes.
• Ability to coordinate resources across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global maintenance schedule for deployed systems.
• Establish a structured preventative maintenance programme across full lifecycle.
• Coordinate with in-country Leads, Field Engineers and others to secure resources.
• Develop forward maintenance planning to allocate personnel.
• Drive proactive maintenance and improve system availability and reliability.
• Ensure maintenance is completed within agreed service windows.
• Report maintenance status and risk to senior management.
