Job summary

Trelleborg Marine & Infrastructure is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function, ensuring safety, compliance and reliability. You will manage a maintenance team, plan maintenance schedules, oversee repairs and asset care, and collaborate with engineering and operations to improve equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong reliability and asset-management knowledge.
• Experience with contractor oversight and maintenance budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe working practices and clear priorities.
• Develop and review planned and preventative maintenance schedules to sustain equipment.
• Oversee reactive repairs to minimise downtime and protect product quality.
• Manage asset care programs, spare parts, and documentation for lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate maintenance for machine shop and align with production priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
