Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Global Engineering Lead to coordinate field engineering activities across multiple countries and projects. The role requires leadership of in-country engineers, installation partners and external teams, with regular reporting of progress and risks to senior management.

The position involves substantial travel, with preferred bases in the Middle East and an overseas footprint across global deployments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in field engineering, installation and commissioning.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across locations.
• Experience working with local engineering partners and installation organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide global coordination and leadership of in-country field engineering activities.
• Interface between Project Engineering Manager and in-country teams; report progress, risks and needs.
