The Dorchester Collection seeks a Director of Marketing and Digital to lead strategic and creative marketing for its three UK hotels. You will drive brand storytelling, digital initiatives, and partnerships, aligning with the global Dorchester Collection identity while appealing to luxury audiences.

You will collaborate with the Corporate office Marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach across channels, shaping how each property is perceived globally with an emphasis on exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Proven track record of shaping and delivering high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns at a global level.
• Exceptional editorial judgement, with ability to craft narratives for a highly discerning audience.
• Deep understanding of the luxury sector, with instinctive awareness of cultural relevance and tone.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and creative marketing and digital direction for three UK Dorchester Collection hotels.
• Oversee development and execution of marketing, digital and creative initiatives to drive commercial success.
• Ensure brand design, digital platforms, video/photography content, and high-profile partnerships reflect brand tone of voice across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Corporate office Marketing team to maintain a cohesive, forward-thinking approach across channels.
