Job summary

The Dorchester is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to drive luxury brand campaigns and guest engagement. You will manage digital content and campaigns across multiple channels, aligning with our iconic Park Lane properties and luxury positioning.

You will collaborate with hotel teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality content, reporting, and optimization to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, content, ecommerce or hospitality marketing within luxury brands.
• Experience with CRM and email platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, engagement and brand awareness through best-in-class digital marketing, content and ecommerce activity.
• Deliver and optimise digital campaigns across website, email, search, social media, OTAs and third‑party platforms.
• Coordinate content and campaign requirements with hotel teams, corporate digital teams and external partners.
