Dorchester Collection is seeking a Global Digital Experience Executive to manage website content, publishing workflows, and QA across our luxury hotel portfolio. You will coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to optimize the guest journey on our digital touchpoints.

In this role, you’ll handle asset management, hotel marketing requests, and reporting using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital operations, web coordination, or digital marketing support role.

Responsibilities

• Websites Administration: Carry out content updates, uploads, and routine admin tasks across Dorchester Collection's portfolio of websites and secondary platforms (e.g. Shopify storefronts, partner microsites, membership sites), including supporting the Digital team on optimizing the user journey across our digital touchpoints.
