• Prepare and manage import and export shipping documentation for land, air, and sea freight.
• Coordinate with freight forwarding agents, clients, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and coordinate invoicing.
• Handle customer enquiries relating to shipment tracking, tracing, and delivery status.
• Provide administrative support for air and sea freight operations, ensuring accurate documentation and records.
• Liaise with customers and distributors to understand requirements and provide solutions including after-sales support.
• Prepare sales quotations, follow up on opportunities, maintain forecasts, and assist with presentations.
• Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate invoicing.
• Review orders, proposals, and related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare sales documents, customer reports, and management reports as required.
• Generate and maintain price lists based on information from principals and keep the sales team updated on pricing and product information.
