LEMAN is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our air, ocean, and temperature-controlled logistics offering across the UK. You will develop new business, cultivate strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities within global supply chains to help clients move goods efficiently and reliably.

Proactively identifying opportunities, building executive relationships, and turning challenges into tailored transport solutions will be key.

Qualifications

• Experience from the transport industry, specifically with Air, Ocean and/or temperature-controlled transport.

• Manage the sales process from first conversation to signed agreement.
