Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Logistics & Export Administrator to coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage stock and customer communications, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. The role requires experience in logistics or freight operations, strong administration skills and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within logistics, supply chain, export administration or freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across domestic and international locations.
• Monitor shipment progress from collection to final delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, warehouse providers and suppliers.
• Manage logistics shared mailbox and customer enquiries.
• Support inventory management incl. goods receipt, stock transfers & adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels and raise shortages.
• Coordinate returns and repair cycles.
• Manage tooling, PPE and engineering assets.
• Maintain logistics records per procedures.
• Prepare export documents and assist with customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with UK & international import/export regulations.
• Maintain records of export licences and compliance.
• Work with Importers/Exporters of Record and brokers as required.
• Generate shipment status updates and handle exceptions.
• Assist with customer quotations and logistics costs.
• Support audits and continuous improvement in logistics.
