Pineapple is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Aylesford, Kent. This office-based role focuses on coordinating domestic and international shipments, obtaining freight quotes and managing import/export documentation.

You will build relationships with suppliers and freight forwarders, monitor performance and support cost-saving initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Ability to obtain freight quotes and manage import/export documentation.
• Strong communication and cost-control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Obtain overseas shipping quotes for import/export shipments.
• Analyse and compare quotes to drive cost savings.
• Arrange Goods In requests with Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
• Schedule UK and Europe/Far East shipments daily/weekly.
• Record shipping information to support decisions.
• Complete customs documentation for efficient procedures.
• Monitor freight forwarder performance and volume uplift.
• Provide ETA guidance to Purchasing and Customer Care.
• Maintain relationships with freight forwarders and overseas suppliers.
• Support team with day-to-day tasks and holidays.
