Johnson Controls is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international export/import shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery of spare parts and compressors.

You will monitor performance, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement in global logistics processes while maintaining high service levels. Location: Basildon, UK. This is a full-time on-site role supporting international operations.

Formación

• Experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, shipping, or international trade.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage international export shipments of spare parts and compressors worldwide.
• Coordinate import shipments from global suppliers.
• Organize and manage drop shipments across multiple regions.
• Prepare and issue shipping and customs documentation; primary contact for freight forwarders.
• Communicate shipment status with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company standards.
• Monitor transportation performance and optimize costs across providers.
• Collaborate with freight carriers, customers, and internal teams to improve service levels.
