Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with suppliers, freight partners and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries. The role requires coordinating material flow, maintaining ERP data, and supporting KPI reporting across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or similar coordination role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to process and maintain data accurately and efficiently.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics or stock control processes.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under time-critical situations.
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central desirable).
• Interest in global logistics, freight and supply chain operations.
• Experience with international suppliers, customers or freight providers.
• Understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Experience coordinating air, sea or road freight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments including air, sea and road freight.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and logistics partners to arrange, track and resolve delivery issues.
• Support international shipments, including import/export documentation and Incoterms.
• Coordinate finished goods and customer deliveries with clear shipment status updates.
• Maintain accurate logistics data in the ERP system and support KPI reporting.
• Build relationships across Procurement, Production, Sales, Quality and freight partners.
