Job summary

Polytec Personnel Ltd. Ely-based client seeks a Customer Logistics Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage end-to-end orders and deliveries across an international region, coordinating parts and replacements with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include arranging international transport, maintaining ERP data, and collaborating with 3PLs to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience in international supply chains and healthcare-like regulated settings.
• Good understanding of ERP-driven processes.
• Experience with international 3PL and warehousing partners.
• ERP experience with NetSuite or SAP.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Analytical, proactive problem solving mindset.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A degree or equivalent professional logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Coordinate delivery programmes across internal teams.
• Arrange international transport and shipping documentation.
• Collaborate with 3PL and warehousing providers to meet service levels.
• Manage short-term supply and demand to support customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate ERP and business data across systems.
• Identify supply/inventory issues and proactively resolve them.
• Build relationships with distributors and third parties.
• Support customer returns and the wider logistics team.
