Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Logistics Operations Manager – Control Tower to design and establish a centralised Control Tower. You will lead the day-to-day global logistics operations, delivering real-time visibility and proactive risk management across multiple geographies, modes and suppliers.

The role requires proven experience building control tower capabilities in complex, regulated environments, and strong KPI-driven reporting to enable data-led decisions.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in logistics operations and creating control tower environments across geographies.
• Experience delivering KPI-driven performance reporting and analytics.
• Proven ability to work with 3PL/4PL partners and complex logistics networks.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of logistics costs and performance drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the global logistics control tower.
• Ensuring real-time visibility of shipments, inventory and transport performance across all modes and locations.
• Being the primary escalation point for logistics disruptions, delays and service failures.
• Defining and monitoring logistics KPIs, delivering performance reporting, dashboards and insights.
