Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is recruiting a Senior Logistics Operations Manager – Control Tower to establish and lead a global logistics control tower. The role focuses on real-time visibility, performance management and proactive risk mitigation across multi-geography operations.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics Operations, you will design the control tower, align with Programme, Construction, Engineering and Supply Chain teams, and drive data-led decisions that improve resilience and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics operations, creating control tower environments, or supply chain visibility platforms across multiple geographies
• Experience managing logistics performance through KPIs, reporting and analytics
• Experience working with 3PL/4PL partners and logistics networks

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the global logistics control tower
• Ensure real-time visibility of shipments, inventory and transport performance across all modes and locations
• Be the primary escalation point for logistics disruptions, delays and service failures
• Define and monitor logistics KPIs, deliver performance reporting, dashboards and insights
