Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer for lifts with international and national travel. The role offers a base salary of £33,000–£35,000 with OTE £55,000–£60,000 in the first year and beyond once trained.

The position is based in Northamptonshire and surrounding counties with nationwide/international travel. Hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00, with door-to-door overtime at 1.5/2x. Full-time, permanent role with comprehensive training and progression opportunities.

Competenze

• Electrical and mechanical competency.
• Valid UK driving licence and passport.
• Experience as Lift/Traction/Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

Mansioni

• Maintain, service, fault find and repair vertical access equipment (hoists, lifts, rack & pinion).
• Inspect and commission on-site machinery and systems per electrical/mechanical fault finding.
• Represent the organisation professionally, keep the vehicle tidy and drive safely.
• Follow client processes and identify routes for continuous improvement.
• Keep line management up to date with workload and progress.
