Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer for lifts with international and national travel. Base salary £33,000–£35,000 with OTE £55,000–£60,000 in first year and £80,000+ once trained. Location covers Northamptonshire and surrounding areas with nationwide/international travel.

Role involves maintaining and repairing vertical access equipment, onsite commissioning, and representing the company professionally. Full UK driving licence and valid passport are required.

Competenze

• Electrical and mechanical competency with knowledge of motors, converters, sensors, control panels.
• Qualifications relevant to electrical/mechanical engineer (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND in electrical, mechanical, traction, hydraulic & lifts).
• Full UK Drivers License & Valid Passport.
• Experience as Lift/Traction Engineer, Offshore Engineer or Qualified Electrician.

Mansioni

• Maintain, service, fault find and repair on vertical access equipment (hoists, lifts, rack & pinion).
• Inspect and commission on-site machinery and systems per electrical and mechanical fault finding/reparations.
• Represent the organisation in a professional manner including vehicle presentation and driving.
• Follow client processes and procedures and identify routes of continuous improvement.
• Update line management on workload and progress.
