Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking an experienced Lift Engineer for international travel. The role involves servicing and maintaining industrial lifting systems across national and international sites, with a company vehicle and full training provided.

Based in the UK, you will join a small team, travel from home to sites, and may stay away for a week or two. Overtime and generous travel allowances apply.

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically competent; fitting, maintenance, installations, or 3-phase controls experience advantageous.
• Full Drivers License required.
• Good communication skills essential.
• Basic fault finding in electrical/mechanical systems.
• Field-based engineer/lift engineer experience preferred.
• NVQs/City & Guilds advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service lifting systems across international and national clients.
• Work in a small team to install and service sites.
• Travel from home to sites within the Rack & Pinion division.
• Occasional nights away with accommodation and meals provided.
