Job summary

Techary seeks an experienced Lifecycle team lead to coordinate global build, deployment, and asset lifecycle services across Orpington, NJ, Amsterdam and Singapore. You will drive consistent delivery, keep builds on track, and raise standards across sites.

You will line manage two engineers, develop training needs, and optimise processes with dashboards, automation ideas, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced MSP-like environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in device build, deployment, and lifecycle management (Windows and macOS) in an MSP-style environment.
• Experience with asset management, ITSM/ticketing tools, and remote deployment tooling.
• Comfortable creating and using dashboards and reports with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global Lifecycle build activity across multiple sites to meet SLA.
• Streamline build processes for managed services and lifecycle customers.
• Act as first escalation point for build issues and unblock the team.
• Line manage 2 direct reports with coaching and performance support.
• Coordinate resourcing across sites and flag capacity or skills gaps.
• Maintain live Lifecycle dashboards and provide regular performance updates.
• Oversee reverse logistics triage within defined timelines.
• Identify automation opportunities and test new tools.
• Maintain accurate asset records and support warranty expiry reporting.
