Job summary

TEKsystems in Leeds, United Kingdom is seeking a Deployment Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver the global rollout programme. You will define deployment strategy, create wave plans and track milestones, ensuring operational readiness and adoption targets are met.

You will work with engineering, support and programme teams, manage risks and dependencies, oversee pilot and production deployments, and provide regular KPI and status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and manage deployment plans and schedules.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for deployments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define deployment strategy, rollout approach and success measures.
• Develop deployment wave plans, schedules and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate deployment activities across engineering, support and programme teams.
• Manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Conduct readiness reviews before each rollout wave.
• Coordinate pilot, production deployment and hypercare activities.
• Establish rollback and contingency planning where required.
• Produce regular deployment status, KPI and adoption reporting.
