Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Learning Program Manager to join our Global Learning team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. You will coordinate end-to-end learning programs, partnering with teams across London and the United States to ensure delivery excellence.

The role requires strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and experience in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learning and development programs, talent initiatives, training operations, or related projects.
• Strong PM skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating across stakeholders and time zones.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.
• Experience in global, fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs across audiences and regions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and communications for successful execution.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions across a portfolio.
• Partner with stakeholders, facilitators, vendors and team members for smooth participant experience.
• Support learning program development, content updates, and quality reviews.
• Apply L&D best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain program documentation, reporting and admin processes.
• Contribute to evolution of team standards, tools, and ways of working.
• Provide flexible support across broader learning portfolio as needs evolve.
