Job summary

Costello Medical is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will coordinate global learning, development and onboarding activities, ensuring colleagues receive a smooth, engaging and high-quality experience from day one.

With offices across the UK and worldwide, you will work with colleagues across People, Operations and business functions to deliver induction sessions, training programmes and compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in learning & development, onboarding or training
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (e.g., Kallidus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global induction programmes and onboarding sessions
• Maintain and develop learning materials and materials for onboarding
• Manage internal training programmes (operational, compliance, career development)
• Support LMS administration and record-keeping
• Coordinate external training requests and vendor bookings
• Support training compliance and reporting
• Gather feedback and identify learning trends and improvements
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and learner experience
• Build cross-team relationships to ensure aligned delivery
