Job summary

London Business School in London is seeking a Manager, Global Experiences to plan, deliver and improve a portfolio of international experiential learning programmes.

You will collaborate across programme teams, advancement, faculty, students and external partners to ensure high-quality experiences, on time and on budget. This fixed-term contract runs until 31 August 2027 with a hybrid on-campus requirement of two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong project or programme management skills with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident using systems and data to extract, analyse and report information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience of budget monitoring or financial administration.
• Knowledge of business education and/or global business issues.
• Proactive, collaborative and service-focused with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a range of global experiential learning programmes on time and on budget.
• Coordinate programme materials, guidance documents, communications and resources.
• Support students, participants, faculty and stakeholders for high-quality learning experiences.
• Manage scheduling, timetabling and resource coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor programme performance, analyse data and prepare reports for review and planning.
• Work with suppliers and external partners to ensure services meet standards.
• Support financial monitoring, budget processes and project management information.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
