Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Sustainability Operations Excellence Manager to drive Lean across Sustainability & EHS globally and to build an operational backbone aligned with the Electrification Segment’s 2030 targets.

You will lead Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma programs, manage M&A due diligence and integration, and design governance frameworks that scale across countries and business lines. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and additional European languages valued.
• Engineering/Industrial/Operations degree; MBA or related qualification a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt+ certification differentiates the candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives across Sustainability & EHS globally.
• Oversee M&A due diligence and post-merger integration for Sustainability & EHS.
• Build and govern global operating model, governance frameworks and dashboards.
