GE Vernova, Inc. in Stafford, United Kingdom, is seeking a Lean Leader to provide tactical and operational support at the Stafford Manufacturing facility, aligning Lean, industrialisation, and manufacturing strategies with business goals.

The successful candidate will partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement, improve capacity and on-time delivery, and lead cross-functional teams through Kaizen, Daily Management, and 3P activities to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Experience driving process improvements in production/manufacturing.
• Proven Kaizen leadership and end-to-end Value Stream Maps development.
• Experience implementing Daily Management systems.
• Strong Lean principles knowledge and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to mentor teams and embed Lean culture.
• Knowledge of production and inventory control, quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives impacting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP).
• Lead Daily Management from Level 0 to Level 3.
• Apply Lean methodologies including Kaizen and Moonshine projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams during Kaizen, Lean and Work-Out events.
• Develop and improve Value Stream Maps to identify opportunities for process and flow improvements.
• Implement Lean strategies including setup reduction, workplace organisation, standardised work, and inventory reduction.
• Establish and maintain Lean performance management and visual management systems.
• Analyse operational issues and root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain improvement plans with measurable results.
• Work with the Moonshine team to support production prep and 3P activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve capacity, cycle times and flow.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality to align Lean with business objectives.
