Job summary

Nord Anglia Education, London HQ, seeks a Leadership Development Specialist (Maternity Cover) to design, coordinate and evaluate global leadership initiatives. You will manage logistics, communications, and stakeholder relationships across virtual, hybrid and in-person formats, ensuring high-quality learner experiences.

The role combines learning administration, data analysis and coaching support with strong project coordination and budgeting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience within Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, or Education sectors.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong presentation design and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing organisation-wide virtual meetings and workshops, including Teams breakout rooms.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices and programme expenditure.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project coordination skills.
• Demonstrated AI literacy, including AI tools and prompt engineering to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Manage programme logistics and administration: scheduling, communications, registrations, attendance, materials, evaluations.
• Support learning design and facilitation, providing virtual session management and technical support.
• Administer coaching and mentoring programmes with participant support and reporting.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal teams, suppliers and international colleagues.
• Monitor project plans, budgets, supplier activities, procurement, invoicing and documentation.
• Analyse programme data and performance metrics to produce reports and insights.
• Develop communications and learning resources, leveraging AI and digital learning technologies.
