Job summary

Nord Anglia Education seeks a Leadership Development Specialist (maternity cover) to coordinate global leadership initiatives and ensure seamless administration across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners, manage logistics, evaluations, and coaching programmes, and drive data-informed improvements in learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Education sectors.
• Strong PowerPoint design and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing organisation-wide virtual meetings and workshops (Teams).
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices and programme expenditure.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project coordination skills.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and use of AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Manage programme logistics, registrations, communications, attendance tracking, and evaluations.
• Support learning design and facilitation with virtual session management and tech support.
• Administer coaching and mentoring programmes, including participant support and reporting.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and international colleagues.
• Monitor project plans, budgets and procurement, invoicing, and programme documentation.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on engagement, effectiveness and improvements.
• Develop communications and learning resources, leveraging AI and digital learning tools.
