Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist (Maternity Cover) to design, coordinate and evaluate global leadership initiatives across our international network. You will liaise with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality programmes, coaching, and onboarding, ensuring engaging learner experiences through AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Education sectors.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong presentation design and visual communication skills.
• Experience organising large virtual meetings/workshops (Teams breakout rooms).
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices and programme expenditure.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project coordination skills.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and use of AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Manage logistics: scheduling, communications, registrations, attendance tracking, learning materials, evaluations.
• Support learning design and facilitation, including virtual session management and technical support.
• Administer coaching and mentoring programmes: participant support, tracking, reporting.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and international colleagues.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, supplier activities, procurement, invoicing, and documentation.
• Analyse programme data and performance metrics; produce reports and insights for improvement.
• Develop high-quality communications and learning resources, leveraging AI and digital learning technologies.
